The Falling Girl/ A short story about a liberation

Partly inspired from the Dino Buzzati’s short fiction “ The Falling Girl ", the movie portrays a young woman, trapped in her everyday routine, in a very cold and mechanical world. She "falls" into a deep sleep, only to wake up in the sterile, mechanical kitchen, full of mincing meat machines, turntables and a quantity of a green kiwi jelly. The movie is a result of a collaboration between the Spanish fashion designer, Carolina Caralt (crommorc.com) and BAIKA, wanting to do something together. It is an art experiment, putting together fashion design and video art. The story remains quite abstract, living a part to the spectator for his own interpretation.
